BETAFree during the beta · no credit card

Send clients one link. Get everything back.

Your client gets a link to accept a proposal, sign an engagement letter, answer transaction questions, or upload documents, from their phone and without an account. You get an email when they're done.

Ledgental is new, so you may run into a bug; tell us and we'll fix it. Prefer to start small? Use a free tool, no sign-up.

What your client sees

Built for clients who won't log in

  1. No account, no passwordThe link opens straight to the task, on a phone or a computer.
  2. Your name and colorsClient pages show your firm's logo and color, and emails carry your firm's name, with replies going to you.
  3. Reminders you don't have to writeA proposal gets up to three follow-ups. A letter, question list, or document request gets up to three reminders, three days apart unless you change it. They stop when the client finishes or taps “Stop”.
  4. You hear when they're doneAn email when a client signs, answers, or sends documents, and one list of who you're still waiting on.
  5. You decide what your client getsYou see the email's wording before you send a link, and you can turn reminders off for one link or for your whole firm. Nothing goes to a client until you send it or turn on an automatic step yourself, and no AI writes to your clients.

Beta

What “free beta” means

We'd rather tell you now than surprise you later.

  • Free while it's in beta. No credit card and no trial clock. If that changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before anything is charged, and nothing is charged unless you agree.
  • It's new. You may run into a bug or a rough edge. Email [email protected] and we'll fix it.
  • It's changing. We add features based on what bookkeepers using it ask for.
  • Your clients' files are private. Only people in your firm can download them. A client link can't download anything back.
